  Tolles, altmodisches Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe. Ein sehr gepflegter Innenhof mit vielen Pflanzen, denen man die Pflege ansieht. Das Frühstück war großartig und die Dame, die den Kaffee zubereitet, sehr freundlich und sympathisch.

  Staff was ok

  Does not look anything like the pictures. It is extremely dirty, outdated. First room i was given smelled literally like piss. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Even the flooring had missing pieces. Walls are dirty.

  “anstrengend und wenig Willkommen”

  das Zimmer, das ich nach Kampf bekommen habe, weil ich es ja gebucht hatte.

  Der Empfang. Es wurde mir verweigert zuerst meinen Koffer aufs Zimmer zu bringen um dann aus dem verschlossenen Koffer meine Ausweispapiere zu holen. Riesen Theater, ich wollte nach Stundenlanger Fahrt nicht ewig kramen um die Schlüssel zu finden und dann in der Lobby meinen Koffer aufmachen. Als ich meinen Personalausweis hinterlegt hatte durfte ich in das Zimmer, das dann ehr eine schlichtes Dachzimmer war jenseits dessen was ich gebucht hatte. Nach Kampf und umständlicher Suche in booking zu dem Foto des gebuchten Zimmers (künftig mache ich immer einen screenshot bei der Buchung) konnte ich dann im ersten Stock ein adäquates Zimmer beziehen. Never ever - das macht keinen Spaß.
