Ottima struttura finemente ristrutturata, salus per aquam adeguata allo standing, staff accogliente e disponibile a fronte delle varie richieste ed esigenze, non parlano italiano come consuetudine in Francia, ma risultano egualmente disponibili e cortesi come si conviene ad una località eletta dalla famiglia Rothschild a competitor di St. Moritz. Migliorabile la ristorazione interna, nei tempi e nella selezione delle carni, frollatura pressoché assente di tagli di prima scelta quali il filetto ed il controfiletto, vini rossi amabili e selezionati con cura. L’attesa durante il servizio è migliorabile, la caffetteria ulteriormente perfezionabile a fronte di una clientela internazionale, anche Italiana, con maggiore attenzione alla tostatura del caffè ed alla realizzazione dell’ “espresso” all’italiana. “Pas mal” come giudizio, ma perfettibile. Torneremo senz’altro.
