“Disappointed with the accusation of smoking in the room”
Was charged for smoking in the room when I did not. In fact the previous occupants had smoked and left their cigarettes and lighter on the patio as well as an overflowing ashtray which we had to clean ourselves as the room patio had not been cleaned.

En el desayuno el zumo tenia una telita de la naranja bastante viscosa muy desagradable. Una de las camareras montaba las mesas del desayuno, las tazas sin bandeja, es decir las llevaba apoyadas en su ropa, cada mano unas cuatro o cinco. Para un hotel de 5 estrellas no lo veo adecuado.
Prachtig hotel, mooie ruime kamers, gezellige lobby die ook gebruikt wordt voor ontbijt en lunch. Er is ook een excellent restaurant voor diner. Vriendelijke dames bij de receptie. Bij aankomst, indien gewenst, is er hulp met de koffers en wordt je wagen geparkeerd in de ondergrondse parking. Overal vriendelijk personeel. Mooi buitenzwembad. Rustige ligging buiten de oude stad, maar met Bolt ben je er zo. We komen hier telkens als we in Toledo zijn. Het hotel wordt ook perfect onderhouden en dat zie je.

“A good hotel aimed more at the business market”
A very clean and nicely decorated hotel .The food was good especially the breakfast .
The lunch and dinner menu was limited some of the staff could have been more attentive,but I’ll put that down to us not being able to speak Spanish . For a 5 star hotel I would expecta pot of coffee and not a machine.
