“Supertrevligt hotell med toppläge”
Fantastiskt läge. Hotellrummet var superfint och rent. Hotellet hade väldigt trevlig atmosfär med gullig och hjälpsam personal.

Jag och min väninna firade hennes 60års dag och personalen sjöng för henne och inga problem att beställa bubbel till frukost. Alla var enormt hjälpsamma och trevliga och läget var perfekt. Frukosten innehöll allt man kunde behöva och gott kaffe och mycket fina frukter att välja på. Rummet var svalt och skönt och sängarna var sköna. Städningen perfekt och all övrig service också. Fick bra karta och tips och råd och hjälp med att beställa taxi. Vi hade balkong med skymd sikt, dock var det extrem hetta under vår vistelse, så vi kunde ändå inte nyttja den, men bra torka badkläder på. Hotellet låg några steg från en helt ok strand med bra badmöjligheter och fin strandpromenad och närhet till både restauranger och caféer. Bussen till Gamla Stan tog ca 15 och busshållplatsen låg nära hotellet och bussarna gick tätt.

We stayed in the hotel in August 2026. The hotel location was excellent: at the heart of Lapad pedestrian area, just 5 minutes walk away from the beach, and just 7 minutes away from the bust station taking you to main locations. The area was full of restaurants and cafes and overall very cosy. We stayed in the room with a partial sea view. Our room was on the 4th floor, which opened to an amazing view of the scenery and the sea. It had an spacious balcony which we couldn't use because of the heat but it was amazing to relax at nights. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had proper conditioning which was a relief during super hot days.
For such high price, we were expecting better amenities. For example, the hair dryer was so low quality, no iron and a pad in the room and the service was chargeable, no cases tool box, no coffee machine or tea kettle. The shower could have been designed better to avoid water leakage all of the place. The cleaning was ok but not thorough.
