Location and front of desk was a verey nice guy.
Vanity sink was blocked. Bathroom floor drain filthy. Dirty glasses, cuttlery and greasy bench and cupboard surfaces. Floors need a good STRONG VAC, not a lick and move nothing. TV, WIFI and phone was non existant, attempt by whoever on Friday to fix problem did not work. NO PHONE reception in room or balcony is not acceptable at all. I had to go across the road to make and receive phone calls after Texting appointments or advising prior. WHY no manual in room to advise on TV operation, and yes I did get the A4 leaflet from reception, but also having details in room on nearest whatever stores is a great help. My late sister stayed many times at your facility, and NEVER had as many issues like this, I have been there before, but room 13 is a disaster zone.
There is a construction site right next to this hotel and is very noisy from 5am till 4pm. The location is 10-15min walking to the first shopping center and sometimes it is annoying if you forget to buy something. Hotel was really dirty and i ask to clean it, reception said they do clean it every 7 days. So if you stay more than 7 days they will clean it for you. Never heard anything like this in my life.
