“We liked the hotel, wish we had few more days to stay!”
Clean hotel, rooms with comfortable beds, helpful staff. Good restaurant with reasonable prices at the premises. I really liked the spa and used sauna almost every evening. Oasis shopping mall at the walking distance. Marina, the castle and historical sites within 20 minutes walk.

Ein mittelgroßes Hotel (50 Zimmer) in ruhiger Lage und nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt und Hafen entfernt. Der Pool im Innenhof der Hotelanlage ist ausreichend dimensioniert und mit genügend Liegen versehen. Die Handtücher bekam man jederzeit frisch gewaschen überreicht. Das Personal war überaus höflich und behilflich in jeder Situation. Insbesondere Frau Daniela Petritz organisierte uns einen schönen Abend in einem Lokal in der Altstadt. Das Frühstück ist mehr als reichlich und in hervorragender Qualität. Das Wellnessangebot wurde von meinen Freunden in Anspruch genommen und als ausgezeichnet beschrieben.

Les moisissures dans la salle de bain qui mérite une réfection, les taches sur le pourtour du lit, et l’utilisation difficile de la douche (un coup chaud et un coup froid). Je n’ai pas non plus aimé partager mes petits déjeuners avec les nombreux chats errants qui viennent quémander la nourriture. Petit déjeuner bon mais pas varié. On mange tous les jours la même chose. Et SURTOUT d’être pris pour un idiot quand vous réservez une excursion via la GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER qui vous explique que c’est normal de payer 2,5 fois le prix car on vous propose un service HIGH QUALITY (l’hôtel fait sa marge comme il peut…) Par contre il a fallu courir après le personnel pour avoir des explications (qui n’en sont pas) ! Si vous souhaitez séjourner dans cet hôtel et si vous n’aimez pas vous faire avoir (pour ne pas dire voler), prenez vous excursions ailleurs (get your guides par exemple) car en passant par l’hôtel vous paierez 2 à 3 fois le prix pour exactement le même service.
