“Heerlijke dagen gehad in hotel Avalon, zowel het hotel zelf als de kamer.”
Het is een mooi en heerlijk hotel aan de rand van de oude stad, tegenover het treinstation en de Centrale Markt. De medewerkers zijn zonder uitzondering heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, met een extra noemen van Ykarsk, de aardige en gezellige barman.
Onze kamer lag aan de binnenkant, daardoor een heel mooi uitzicht op de hal. Maar ook lawaaiieriger door het geluid van receptie en bijv. een bus uitcheckende gasten. En wat wijzelf minder comfortabel vinden is de douche in het bad.

Sehr freundliches Personal - sei es beim Empfang oder beim Frühstück und sogar der Zimmerservice hat nach Wünschen gefragt. Fußläufig zu erreichen vom Busbahnhof bzw. vom Bahnhof aus und gleichzeitig ideale Lage in der historischen Altstadt in entspannter verkehrsberuhigter Lage. Saubere Einrichtungen - auch der Fitness-Bereich war sehr gepflegt.
Wer das Haar in der Suppe finden möchte und sich immer über etwas aufregt, der findet sicher etwas zum Aussetzen. Aber aus unserer Sicht gab es keine echten Kritikpunkte.
