“Paraíso frente al mar”
La atención del personal fue excelente, la gente en las reposeras y de housekeeping, recepcion y desayuno. Muy buena atención.
El balcon de la habitación siempre se ensuciaba con el residuo de los pájaros
The hotel is in a great location on Isola Bella beach and offers a good breakfast, restaurant and a conveniente parking. However, the standout feature is the service; all the staff members , Diego, Irene, Martina, Salvatore you rock!!! are extremely friendly and competent, and above all, they genuinely care about the guest. They are pro-active and comitted to do the extra mile. Best ever!!!🙌
“Mükemmel konum, mükemmel hizmet”
Otel denizin hemen önünde, ısobella koyunun en güzel yerindeydi. Plaj ve şezlonglar çok konforlu, deniz havluları tertemizdi. Plaj barındaki garsonların hizmetinden de çok memnun kaldık. Odalar tertemizdi. Kahvalti cesitliligi ve lezzeti mukemmeldi. Otelin konumu şehir merkezine de çok yakındı, teleferikle yukarıya çıkıp her yere rahatça ulaşabildik. Ayrıca personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü, Giarda’ya da ayrica cok tesekkur ederiz. Kısaca Taormina’ya tekrar gelirsek kalacagımız tek otel burası olurdu. Pahalı olduğunu düşünmüştük gelmeden önce ama verdiğimiz paraya sonuna kadar değdi gerçekten. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum :)
정말 친절한 직원 이었습니다 이탈리아 말을 못하는 우리를 위해 번역기를 사용해서 호텔에 대한 모든 것을 일려주었습니다 직원으로 인해 호텔에 대한 이미지가 이렇게 까지 올라가 본적은 없습니다 업그레이드까지 해주어서 더 좋았습니다 호텔 룸에서 바라본 이졸라벨라와 해변은 이탈리아 돌로미티의 호텔에 이어 다시 한번 방문하고싶은 호텔이 되었습니다
해충방지를 부탁드립니다 개미가 방안에 들어와 우리의 까놀리와 납작봉숭아와 감자튀김을 먹어 치웠습니다 ㅜㅜ
