The location is great, very close to the centre city
Some of the hotel staff are rude and unprofessional but the staff at the restaurant and cleaners are awesome. I booked and paid through a booking tool which required my families ages for payment purposes. I have 16 year old children which was charged as children for our stay. The duty manager on arrival to the hotel, made a comment about my children not being children and should have been charged as adults (they need to update their age criteria for their booking resources - hotel issue not the customers). This did not make our arrival feel welcoming and we were staying for over 2 weeks. There is no fresh water provided in the rooms so you have to use the bathroom tap water for kitchen purposes, which is unhygienic. No microwave is provided either so you cannot reheat your own food. Food options are to eat out only. No cooking facilities are available on site for customers. Only the restaurant but itβs very expensive. Would not recommend this place for long stays.
