Had stayed in this Hotel previously - it has a great central location within walking distance of the main promenade and restaurants.
Overall very disappointed having had an excellent experience previously - 5 Star Hotel with 5 Star prices yet the room was freezing with the AC impossible to regulate - Shower temperature was intermittent and each time you had a shower you got a free foot bath as it was not draining properly !! - Staff were not friendly - efficient but not friendly !! and gave the impression they were not enjoying their work - breakfast quality was well below expectations of a 5 Star Hotel - more like 4 Star and overall the package was expensive

Hotel un po datato ma ben curato. Personale molto professionale e disponibile ad aiutare ad esaudire le tue richieste. Colazione molto buona. Posizione eccellente e garage ( a pagamento ) in struttura per l’auto. Camera (junior suite) molto confortevole
Per un hotel 5 stelle mi sono stupito di alcune lacune trovate in doccia. La doccia perdeva parecchio.
