Over all it was fine but the problem o faced my stay extended two days and i informed the property about this a week ago but on 12th April i came from Shanghai i was unable to get inside the room o went to the reception they told it wsd your last day I said i informed earlier and this is not the way you locked my room my luggage is there you are saying it was your last day you have to ask first from customer whether he want to checkout or not
Because there were no response from the girl management i made my extension request a week ago property did not respond and check it
