The ONLY thing was it was close to my relatives home.
Everything.. place was horribly smelly & dirty. Floors sticky, cracks in walls and counters. AC didn’t work. And restroom was tue worst.

Getting woken up by some Jerk yelling at the top of his lungs outside my door at 1am in the morning.
Quite comfortable place
