No hot water for a shower after check in, no hot water in the morning, no remote for the tv, when I called for assistance nothing given, told to run the tap a while, I didn't have time for that had a flight to catch. And had to go stink.

Area and air port shuttles were helful. Clean.
Air conditioning was not provided. The aircon remote had been hidden. Just a small oli heater. Room was super cold. Receptionist are not giving attention to the customers even they are waiting for a response. staff have their own chats and unprofessional.
