W środku w porządku, łóżko wygodne
Niestety w pewnym momencie wysiadł prąd i było strasznie gorąco w pokoju…. Obsługa nie była w stanie powiedzieć kiedy prąd wróci.. nie było go około 1.5h
La struttura è stata per diverse ore senza acqua (mattino dalle 5 e disagio per andare in ufficio. Alle 10 nn c’era ancora acqua e sono dovuta andare via) Per riparare al disagio ci hanno fornito 2 bottigliette di acqua da mezzo litro per lavarci 🤨. Albergo a 4 stelle che non prevede casi di questo tipo? Non hanno potuto servire bevande calde e non hanno applicato nessuna scontistica/rimborso o cena in struttura per compensare. Anzi, mi hanno pure fatto pagare il caffè preso fuori orario il giorno dopo e la tassa di soggiorno! Ho dovuto chiamare la sera perché in bagno non avevano messo asciugamani e tappetini ma nonostante questo hanno portato le cose a metà. Non andrò più!
