Meine Bewertung wäre vermutlich nicht halb so schlecht ausgefallen, hätte es sich bei dem Hotel nicht um ein „4-Sterne-Hotel“ gehandelt. Leider war die Ausstattung dafür wirklich miserabel, vor allem im Bad hat man sich nicht wirklich wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war ebenfalls nicht sonderlich freundlich.

The first person I tried to book in with was rude and dismissive, and lied, saying I wasn't booked in. When I moved to the second person on the desk, he found my booking straight away, realised that having driven for 4 1/2 bours I was tired and didn't appreciate the very poor attitude of the first person. He upgraded my room and made me a lovely cup of hot chocolate. He really went th eextra mile - was kind polite and helpful, which made all the difference.
When I arrived I gave my name to a female at the desk and said I had booked a room. She asked me for my name again, looked at her computer and said I wasn't booked in. I asked her how to get on the internet so I could show her my booking. She ignored me so I used my personal hotspot. I showed her the booking.com confirmation. She asked me for my first name and then said I wasn't booked in. She followed it up by saying I needed to give her the booking number, which I had shown her on the e-mail trail from the hotel. I therefore tried the other person on the desk - the man I have described above. I showed him the e-mail I had received from the Loenardo hotel, he found my booking straight away. It seems to me unfortunate that he is made to wkr with someone who is so dismissive and contemptuous of guests.
