Awesome ambience, Services could be improved little bit

“Excellent refreshing trip”
Breakfast spread was ample . Location of the hotel is excellent. View from the room is superb. Interior is good. Staffs were courteous.
In room food cost is too high. A plate of maggy is costing Rs 350 & its ridiculous. All the foods were too costly & we had to order food from outside.
The linen provided for the bed could have been more fresh and dry The extra pillow covers should be given so that the customer can change things according to his/ her need.

Os funcionários no geral eram muito prestáveis. Água quente 24/24h. Hotel bem frequentado e com uma excelente vista. Funcionários da receção muito simpáticos.
Quartos degradados, necessitam de arranjos. Durante a minha estadia fui confrontado nos corredores por alguns funcionários do hotel (pareciam seguranças), a pedirem-me dinheiro sem qualquer razão, ao qual foram bastante insistentes. Não dei dinheiro nenhum e ficaram revoltados quando disse que não tinha razão para dar. Camas com insetos!!!
