“Low levels of hygiene and cleanliness”
Location, staff and facilities were excellent.
The female dorm was dirty, I cleaned the bedside cabinet so I could place my hair accessories and position myself to dry my hair and I could not believe the bedside cabinet had not been cleaned for months. I used my own dettol wipes and sanistiser to clean the unit. Plus no mop to wipe bathroom floor, carpet was dirty as well. I did not do anything in my room other then sleep. I read my book downstairs. It would be so cosy if the management requested the cleaners to clean properly and thoroughly not just empty bins and or change linen when a new guest arrives. Plus I noticed other guests not washing glasses after using. A guy drank water and put it back in the rack. This is not acceptable.
Very good location wise. 25 minute walk into town. Corner shop less than 3 minutes away. Amazing staff. Kitchen and bar looked cool. But never used them. The price for 8 bed is better than the one at the YHA. Just bring earplugs and sleep masks and you're golden. But that's the case at nearly every hostel.

Une auberge sympathique avec des pièces communes plutôt cool. L’auberge n’était pas trop loin du centre à pied avec aussi un supermarché à environ 5/10min à pied.
Il n’y avait pas assez de prise pour charger téléphone ou autre dans la chambre et une lumière juste devant la fenêtre resté allumé pendant toute la nuit.
