Generally good vibes and lovely clean surroundings.
Beds- uncomfortable. Workshops were all fully booked till after the end of our stay! we were unable to reserve anything :-(

Personal: Das Personal war durchgängig freundlich und hilfsbereit – bemerkenswerterweise auch dann, wenn viel los war und Anspannung herrschte. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir unsere Ansprechpartner Hr. Umutcan und Fr. Isil, die sich sehr um uns gekümmert haben, damit wir als Familie die bestmögliche Zeit verbringen konnten. Essen & Getränke: Das Essen war sehr gut, mit einer großen Auswahl und durchweg überzeugendem Geschmack. Im Poolbereich gab es zusätzlich eine Patisserie sowie ein Coffee House. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns die Energie von Hr. Kaveh im Coffee House – neben dem Kaffee gehörte sein Matcha zu den besten, die ich je getrunken habe! Kids Club: Der Kids Club für unsere 8-jährige Töchter war top organisiert. Die Anmeldung war denkbar einfach – nach einmaliger Registrierung reichte die Nennung der Zimmernummer, digital erfasst, ganz ohne Listen. Auch die Betreuung der Kinder war super. Strand: Sehr schöner Sandstrand, mit reichlichen vor Ort Getränke Uvm..
Alles was uns einfallen würde, wäre jammern auf hohem Niveau und punktuelle Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.
