Rooms too warm. Always difficult to get out if the car park
Great location and friendly staff, free parking
Pillows were not very comfortable and the toilet in the room didn't flush properly. The doors along the corridor made loud bangs when they closed, walls are quite thin so it's easy to hear noises from other rooms. Breakfast overpriced at £15 per person
“Excellent breakfast and location”
The location is amazing, a two minute walk to the theatre, lime street station, museum and queen square bus station. You can park for free and the meal at the cast away Bar in the evening here was delicious.

Room was very clean Bed was really comfortable No noise from train station next door windows did their job Staff very helpful and friendly Great location to various attractions Parking availability great, free to stayers Portable Fan in the room a godsend
Shower head was very annoying, kept twisting and soaking the floor Bedside light didn't work Lifts didn't work but quickly fixed.
