“The hotel charges high rates but fails to deliver a true luxury experienc”
The property is well maintained, clean and with everything that you need at a basic five star facility.
The golf cars system which doesn’t make sense for such a small property. The restaurants & bars are quite expensive with long wainting time for service which makes the residents to dine ooutside the property. It’s is cheaper to take the taxi and eat, than stay inside. The current staffing level exceeds requirements, and the team lacks the training standards expected of a 5-star hotel.

الغرفة لا تدخلها الشمس اطلاقاً ومكتومه بشكل عجيب مما ينعكس على رائحة الغرفة .
تعرضنا للدغات من حشرات في الغرفة عند المسبح لم نعرف ماهي وانتهت إقامتنا في المنتجع وسافرنا إلى بوكيت ولا زالت آثار لدغات الحشرة مما استدعنا لطلب دكتور وأخذ مضادات وإبر لهذه اللدغات أتمنى يهتمون في تحديد اثاث الغرفة وتنظيف الغرفة بشكل سليم مع التعقيم ورش المبيدات لمكافحة الحشرات .

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage. Tolles Ambiente, sehr sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Leider ist der Strand zwar zum relaxen traumhaft schön, aber Schwimmen ist nur eingeschränkt möglich. ( Ebbe / Flut ) Es gibt leider sehr viele Felsen und Steine groß und klein im Meer.
