Hotel is near airport in a quite area , Breakfast is very good and stuff very friendly .

“Wonderful Stay”
This was our first stay at Eastin Grand Hotel Vietnam, and we had a wonderful overall experience. I initially thought arranging tours might be difficult due to the hotel’s location, but everything was very easy. I booked all our tours through Booking.com and simply made sure they offered hotel pick-up and drop-off in District 3, and we had no issues at all. The hotel itself is elegant, the ground-floor restaurant serves delicious food, and the staff were consistently polite, friendly, and helpful. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, and we would be happy to return!
The only thing I would suggest improving is the music in the lobby and restaurant. Unfortunately, the choice of music was quite unpleasant and distracting and took away from the otherwise lovely atmosphere.
