After I pay with my debit card 72 dollars plus tax where I get there their say I have to give 100 dollars done beside my card use was the only money left on my card I have to go out spend the whole night out night outside unfront a gas station my phone was discharge after flying another country my bad
I get out even I pay with my card on booking and ask me 100 dollars more deposit is big abuse stay up outside in a gas station

TERRIBLE SERVICE. When I arrived at the hotel they didn't let me in, they said that the room hadn't been paid for and I showed the counter staff the discount on my card and they still didn't let me in. Only until the next day did they write to me that the only thing I had to do was pay a deposit. They just didn't let me in. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
