We recently stayed at Pickalbatros Aqua Vista with my wife and our two children, and I can honestly say it was one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had. Normally, when you book a resort, you expect high standards in certain areas and compromises in others, however, Aqua Vista managed to meet and completely exceed our expectations across every single department: Hospitability and stuff from the moment we arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the staff were incredible. evryone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The pools, water park features, and activities kept the children entertained endlessly while still allowing us to relax. everything was pristine, well-maintained, and safe The food options were varied, high-quality, and delicious, catering perfectly to both adults and kids., our room was spacious, spotless, and provided a very comfortable retreat after busy days in the sun It is rare to find a place where every detail is executed so well. We left with wonderful memories and have no doubt that we will be returning for another stay in the future. Highly recommended for families

Nothing, the hotel is exceptional
I usually don’t write reviews, but unfortunately, after our recent stay, I felt I had to share our experience. We travelled as a large family group, and this booking was part of several bookings made by different members of our family. There was a mistake from our side regarding the number of guests included in the bookings, which we fully acknowledged. However, the way the situation was handled when we arrived was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the reception team, particularly Mr Abdul Rahman and Mr Hisham, were not helpful or welcoming. Their manner and the language used when speaking to us felt quite unfriendly and unnecessarily confrontational, which gave us a very poor first impression of the resort. We were kept waiting at reception for almost three hours, despite travelling as a family with children, and there seemed to be very little effort to help us find a practical solution. Instead, we eventually had to book additional rooms on the spot at considerable extra cost. What made this even more frustrating was that some of those rooms were barely used. We had travelled together specifically to enjoy the holiday as one large family, yet because of the arrangements we ended up with one or two family members staying alone in rooms designed for four or five people. It completely defeated the purpose of travelling together and resulted in us paying a significant amount of extra money for rooms we did not really need. We accept that the original mistake regarding guest numbers was ours. However, what disappointed us most was the complete lack of flexibility, understanding or genuine effort to help resolve the situation. A much better solution could have been found if the reception team had approached the issue in a more professional and helpful way. Unfortunately, the experience with Mr Abdul Rahman and Mr Hisham at check-in set a very negative tone for the whole stay.
