у нас был номер на 11м этаже улучшенный бунгало и это потрясающе, бассейн на этаже . но чтобы взять полотенца для бассейна нужно было спуститься на 0 и идти брать полотенца в Спа. ну это правда неудобно
The cleaning staff and the spa staff were very nice.
Extremely disappointed – poor service and subpar rooms We booked a "Deluxe Room with Forest View" with a confirmed double bed, but were initially given a ground-floor room facing a tennis court two meters away with zero privacy. After complaining, the reception offered vague promises and only moved us after persistent insistence. The final room we received was extremely dark, located at the very edge of the property, and felt like a deliberate punishment. To make matters worse, we got two single beds pushed together with a huge gap in the middle, a leaking air conditioner, mosquitoes throughout the room, unusable Wi-Fi in the bathroom, and terrible noise insulation from the room above. The staff showed complete dismissiveness instead of basic service. All we asked for was what we paid for. On top of everything, the hotel food was tasteless and caused us severe stomach issues during our stay
