“Great location and efficient check-in, but comfort and noise are an issue”
The check-in system is incredibly efficient, and communication beforehand was excellent! I received all the necessary information within an hour of booking, which was impressive. The location is fantastic, especially for the price, and everything was clean. I also really liked the cosy bar area, where you can relax without feeling obliged to buy anything. Great concept and very well organised!
Unfortunately, the guests were incredibly loud, with very little consideration for others trying to sleep. It's such a shame because the hostel has so much going for it. Management really needs to enforce some quiet hours and remind guests to respect others, especially at night. The mattress was also very uncomfortable, making it even harder to get a decent night's sleep. Having to pay extra for a towel was another disappointment. For a night or two, it's a good budget option, but I wouldn't stay longer, and I'm not sure I'd return unless the noise situation improves.
