BEST STAFF BY FAR! The team here is EXCEPTIONAL! I am in hospitality And have been in the hotel world for 30 years. Having a team that truly love the property and location elevates the experience for everyone. Our beautiful room was called La scala with gorgeous hand painted murals and a traditional Tuscan ceiling. Breakfast was yummy even for vegetarians. But the friendly and funny team is the heart of the is hotel. They make you feel like family. The location is good and quiet and easily walkable to all Lucca sights. We were only there for 1 night but Lucca deserves several days.
Everything was wonderful! Wish we had more than 1 day for this charming walled city.
No lift and we were on the second floor.

Die ideale Lage für ÖV-Benutzer und die Nähe zur Altstadt sind optimal. Das Frühstück war ausserordentlich reichhaltig und liebevoll zubereitet. Die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals war überdurchschnittlich.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
Staff are amazing. Warm welcome and help with luggage to our room. Nice seating area at the front of the hotel for coffee or drinks.

Excellent emplacement, accord très chaleureux de Fabrizio, qui a pris la peine de m'accompagner pour garer la voiture (pas simple dans des rues plus qu'étroites avec un gros break). Hôtel cosy, chaleureux. Nous avions la chambre Marietto dans la dépendance à 10 m. Je la recommande vivement. Petit déjeuner très sympa dehors devant l'hôtel. Fabrizio nous a très bien informé sur la ville et notamment nous avons eu la chance de vivre la procession de Santa Croce le soir. Un super moment. Vraiment merci pour cet excellent moment !
La seule chose qu'on n'apprécie pas , c'est d'en partir....
