L hotel est idéalement placé dans un qiartier typique napoli, toute l équipe de réception est efficace, gentille et hyper serviable. Vous avez de très bon restaurants juste à côté. Pour nous le seul dommage est que la rue est bruyante...

First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

“Naples hideaway”
In an authentic (steep and narrow) side street (watch out for the Vespas) and in a building entered through big iron gates into a 1-vehicle sized internal courtyard. Then a bijou lift to the rooms. The penthouses have good sized terraces. Ours had the beds on a mezzanine platform with only 1.50m or so clearance from the beams. Fine one you get used to remembering. Due to flooding we had to be housed elsewhere in the building for a couple of nights and this was not well explained at first but thereafter the staff were very friendly and helpful.
