The hotel is beautiful, breakfast is excellent.
So many stairs - and I'm not talking about the ones that lead to the hotel, but the ones inside of it. In the middle of a heatwave (35-38Β°C) maybe you shouldn't put guests that are staying for a considerable number of nights in a room up in the garden (don't recommend those, also because of the lack of privacy). But it would have been a 9 or 10 anyways if it wasn't for the checkout experience. We booked a taxi the day before as we had to leave very early the next morning and 10 minutes before the time of the booking they started knocking on our door and rushing us, and we really didn't understand why. It was a very unpleasant experience, and afterwards we realised that they wanted to use the same driver for some other guests that were actually taking the same train as us, which is why they wanted us to hurry (as the driver had to the same journey twice within minutes)... It seemed very unprofessional.
