They initially told us the early check-in is additional $25 USD, but then on check-out they charged us $75.00 USD- (apparently the overnight staff is not aware of) Also they have charged us $25.00 fee per night - which could have been used as a credit towards the breakfast or the bar (these fees were not disclosed upon check in). Very poor customer service.
