“Good stay”
The room is clean n bed is comfortable
The toilet tap is abit loose
Friendly and helpful staff after identifying this hotel was not suitable for our stay.
Air conditioning is not cold, would not recommend staying at this property in summer. The property is quite outdated. We left upon check in and did not stay.
“Solid Nice Option for Shenzhen.”
Nice room, delicious breakfast, polite staff, really spacious bathtub. Not too far from subway. Easy for quick didi to pick up out front. Was really happy with it.
Maybe a little expensive for a Sunday night. The view wasn't anything special but these are minor quibbles.
“Good and Bad”
Check in time so long, the teams in front desk didn't know well to communicate in English. The way of solving problem not that level of service as we known as JW Marriott standard. A bit disappointed, and seems a bit old.
Check in service need to improve and faster, and customer service should improve a bit more, sometime the guest may not know how to operate the shower or any facilities in room, suggested to send someone right away to solve. And the English level may need to be improve especially front desk service.
“A relaxed weekend staycation”
The space is good, decor is nice, breakfast choices are variety of western and Chinese cuisine.
