Upon arrival I waited at least 15 minutes for a staff to enter the lobby and help me. Staff was very nice and helpful throughout the process
Booked sight unseen and that was a bad mistake. It’s Phx, tweaker city, but this place is literally crawling with them, damaged disgusting room, stinker of animals, urine and smoke the second you open the door. Druggies on stairwells, no lights on any stairwells, urine covered halls and stairs, the smell smacks you dead in the face. There was three literal piles of poop that looked like human feces on the ground by the pool. Oh and we were trying to be flexible and asked for another room after first key wouldn’t even let us in after we excuses ourselves passed the spaced out street crawlers.
