La atención del personal de recepción es bastante mejorable. Durante el check-in apenas nos dieron explicaciones sobre el funcionamiento del hotel, los horarios de las comidas, la piscina, etc. Además, daba la impresión de que estaban más pendientes de sus teléfonos móviles que de atendernos y facilitar el proceso de entrada. En cuanto a la habitación, la limpieza también dejó bastante que desear. Al cerrar las cortinas encontramos un calcetín de huéspedes anteriores debajo de ellas, además de pelos por diferentes zonas de la habitación. En general, consideramos que la limpieza debería ser mucho más exhaustiva.
