The receptionist offered my mum and I a breakfast at a discount of 20€ for one and I agreed and upon check out I confirmed this with another receptionist that the total that will be charged off my credit card is 40€. A few days later they took 60€ from my credit card. I contacted the hotel and they insisted that the price is 40€ and I argued my case by they wouldn’t budge. And then they go onto saying they want to charge me an additional 20€ because the breakfast is 40€ per person per day, which is absolutely outrageous. The breakfast is definitely not worth 40€. Very unprofessionally handled on their part.

Het personeel was bijzonder attent zowel aan de receptie als de man die in het restaurant alles kwam noteren. Een dikke pluim ook voor de discrete tussenkomsten behulpzaamheid van de nog jonge receptionist op de dag van onze aankomst. Ook dank aan het kamerpersoneel voor de mooie versieringen aangebracht nav ons 50-jarig huwelijksjubileum. Verder ook de goede en gratis verbinding met tram naar het centrum van de stad + de eer rustige ligging van het hotel.
Het avondeten in, het restaurant was zeer lekker maar bij halfpension was de keuze niet zo ruim, tenzij er een supplement werd betaald. Toch wel lekker gegeten. En je alhoewel de auto zeer veilig geparkeerd in de parking van de naastgelegen harmonie zou het hotel eens moeten aandringen dat klanten die langer dan twee nachten blijven een korting zouden kunnen krijgen voor gebruik van de parking onder het concertgebouw. Nu 30 euro per dag.
