Hotel in ottima posizione vicino a pub, ristoranti e negozi. La mia stanza era enorme, pulita, ottimamente climatizzata e anche silenziosa. Ho dormito benissimo. Staff gentilissimo.
Per la colazione avrei gradito trovare dello yogurt naturale confezionato, mentre era disponibile soltanto sfuso, e del tè nero indiano in foglie, magari servito in tazze di dimensioni più generose. Molti viaggiatori europei che visitano l’India prestano particolare attenzione all’acqua del rubinetto e al consumo di frutta e verdura crude, per il timore di possibili disturbi intestinali. Suggerirei quindi all’hotel di adottare un protocollo igienico-sanitario ben definito per il lavaggio e la preparazione degli alimenti e, soprattutto, di comunicarlo chiaramente agli ospiti. Non sapendo, ad esempio, quale acqua fosse stata utilizzata per lavare alcuni tipi di frutta o per preparare i succhi freschi, ho preferito rinunciare a consumarli. Una maggiore informazione su questi aspetti contribuirebbe certamente a far sentire gli ospiti internazionali più tranquilli e sicuri.
The property was welcoming, and at a great location. Well appointed rooms and prompt services.
The health club / gym was sparsely equipped. The main multi gym equipment was tough to operate in an overall cramped gym.
