フロントの３０代男性の接遇がサイテーでした。オートチェック機を使えよと！という対応。喫煙と禁煙の部屋の選択誤りは私の、ミスですが、喫煙室のヤニ臭いこと。喘息持ちではキツいでした。昔のアスペン時代は良かったのに。
