“enjoyed our stay staff were excellent would stay there again”
breakfast was very good the room was light and comfortable the car parking was easy paid £15 pounds to leave car from 11 o`clock am to 11 o`clock am the following day
the bedroom we had was number 2 on the ground floor small but had every thing we needed spoilt by the door into the room could do with a new one or a coat of paint

Really tired rooms and fittings. Pretty soulless. Spacious but functional. Have to pay extra to park car - £15.

The location was excellent.. very handy for the city centre. The staff were lovely... friendly and really helpful. The room was pleasant and everywhere was clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast ( included) was tasty and plentiful with good choices.
A few improvements to the room would have improved my scoring. The shower needs updating. It ran very slowly and I couldn't see how to adjust the temp (which was ok) but some people like hotter or colder. My wife didn't bother with the shower as it wouldn't properly rinse. The toilet roll holder is badly positioned.. bit of a stretch from the loo. Needs moving a couple of tiles closer...Or have a free standing one. There was nowhere to properly store toiletries... only a tiny glass shelf above the sink. I would recommend putting a small shelving unit in the corner next to the sink so you can unpack all toiletries. Had to store in the window.
