Ligging perfect
Kamer ok maar bedden werden niet opgemaakt, enkel na vraag, de badkamer werd niet gepoetst, handdoeken pas vervangen na vraag
Old town'ın kalbinde güzel. Odası ferah, temizdi. Akşam çay istediğimizde ücretsiz olarak odamıza verdiler.
Kahvaltı dahil almıştık ama kahvaltı yapamadık çünkü çeşit var gibi ama çeşit yoktu. Ürün açıklamaları ve adları yazmıyordu. Müslümanlar için helal alternatifler yoktu. Ürünler saatlerce üstü açık olarak beklemiş vaziyetteydi. Burada kalacaksanız ve müslümansanız kahvaltısız seçeneği seçmeniz iyi olabilir. Kişi başı 15 euro kahvaltı ücreti. Ücretini önceden konaklama ile beraber ödediğimiz için iadesini alamadık. Marketten kahvaltımızı yapmak durumunda kaldık. Wi-Fi çok kötüydü, kullanamadık. Konumdan dolayı akşam gürültü oluyor.
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, das Buffet war gut.
Im Zimmer stank es stark nach Kanalisation. Für mich zu viel. Auf meine Frage hin meinte man, das liege am Alter der städtischen Kanalisation, es sei nicht ihr Fehler und Zimmerwechsel gehe auch nicht. Keine Empathie, dass mich das stört, und ich hatte das Gefühl, ich müsse mich einfach damit abfinden. Aber es scheint ein systematisches Problem zu sein. Nächstes Mal suche ich mir ein anderes Hotel.

The breakfast could be better. You need more variety. Please get real butter, not a spread!
