Common areas very dirty. No luggage trolley. Lift unreliable.

Very spacious and close to shops & restaurants. Washer & dryer worked great.
Very old building. Not very clean. Spiders on pillow cases when we moved them. Bits of dirt and leaves on the pillows and sheets in 2nd bedroom. Used bar of soap in the shower. Hair on the bathroom floor and shower door. Toast crumbs in the kitchen cupboard where the toaster must have been stored. Spiders in living room corners or ceiling. Listing stated breakfast provided but the front desk said they have not set Ed breakfast since before COVID. Cafe signs lead no where.
