Clean, good location.
Bungalows are the smallest rooms you can find and there is no privacy between neighbours. Room walls are not very sound proof, every early Morning we had the Pleasure of being part of the after pub conversation/ competition next door.

Room was right next to footpath and road. If you sat outside people walking past could see you. Basic reception area which lacked ambience. Property overall a bit dated
