“It was disappointing”
The location
Very disappointing stay at Fairmont Pacific Rim, especially considering the price and the reputation of the hotel. The biggest issue for us was the overall quality and condition of the room. For a hotel that presents itself as a high-end luxury property, the room simply did not feel luxurious. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets and bedding did not have the quality or freshness you would expect from a hotel at this level, and the carpets looked tired and worn. Overall, many of the materials and finishes in the room felt dated and in need of an update. The location and lobby may be impressive, but once you are actually in the room, the quality does not justify the premium price. We have stayed at many luxury hotels, and this was one of the more disappointing experiences in terms of room quality and comfort. For the amount we paid, I expected significantly better. I would not stay here again.
“Sehr schönes Hotel für Kurzaufenthalt”
Das Hotel ist super gelegen, in der Nähe des Hafens und der Innenstadt. Das Hotel ist modern und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Lobby ist großzügig und die Bar ansprechend. Ich würde das Hotel für einen Aufenthalt von zwei bis drei Nächten empfehlen. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt.
