“Needs renovating”
Location is great, next to shops not far from beach
It needs updating, rooms so scruffy shower barely had pressure in it, lucky to get hot water, was not draining properly either, it’s in busy area and windows are not sound proof at all

Location was great, the room set up was great for the 3 of us guys, staff were all very nice and willing to help when needed. Visually looks nice.
Every time we walk to through the lobby we got heckled by a transport/activities booth set up in the main lobby asking if we need taxi/activities. Everyday for the whole 8 days was too much especially at a hotel. not sure why they are even in the lobby. Pool was on the cold side especially when the sun gets blocked by the surrounding buildings.

The rooms are well appointed and a good size. The check-in staff were lovely. The food is very good.
I didn’t appreciate sinthia stalking me at breakfast. I hadn’t even had one mouthful or even one sip of my drink and she demanded me to fill in a review card. She chased me through the Restaurant insisting I fill in a review card before I left and wouldn’t let me take it to my room. I have never experienced anything like it in my life. She approached the table twice more throughout breakfast standing over me insisting I fill in a review card. My friend couldn’t believe it. It was really quite bizarre.
