“It is the Hotel to stay in Mala Strana..................Closest to the Charles Bridge too compared t”
We had a suite which was very spacious and with a massive bathroom. and a small study. The bedroom was also very spacious with 2 large sofas, and a TV. Extremely healthy breakfast menu, great breads and staff very obliging for out of the box requirements. There were couple of Vegan dishes in the restaurant menu and were cery good too.
The housekeeping staff did not understand English very well and there were some mix up initially. Resolved by front desk.
the location is perfect next to the Metro, easy to get everywhere.
the mattress was hard as plywood. there was only bathtub options, no shower.

Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr komfortabel modernisiertes ehemaliges Kloster in top Lage. Das Personal ist perfekt geschult und immer zuvorkommend und serviceorientiert.
In den Zimmern ist es kalt. Wenn man die Heizung aufdreht, bläst es nur stärker kalte Luft. Das hat einiges an Behaglichkeit missen lassen
