The system was down when we arrived. Check in had a line all the way down to the bar. It took over an hour to check in and then had to wait for the manager to manually find our room, which was exhausting after driving many hours and arriving at almost midnight. There was no Wi-Fi in the room either. I expected a discounted stay, or at the least some complimentary service, but the issues were not even addressed.
