Well located ocean front
Terrible humidity and bad smell. Poor cleaning: everything was very dirty and rusty. Dirty tables at breakfast, a very unwelcoming reception, and a total lack of maintenance. It is a complete disaster

everything looks old and worn out. Only 2 elevators for the entire hotel and only 1 of them went down to the garage. Took me 45 minutes to load the car on our last day! Small pool, narrow garage

Minha experiência neste hotel foi bastante decepcionante. As fotos divulgadas não condizem com a realidade que encontrei durante a hospedagem. Pelo valor que paguei e pelo que era apresentado no anúncio, esperava uma estrutura e um serviço muito melhores. Sinceramente, me senti lesado e enganado. O café da manhã também deixou muito a desejar: pouca variedade, qualidade ruim e, em alguns dias, nem todos os itens estavam disponíveis. Em vários momentos era necessário ficar pedindo vasilhas e outros utensílios que deveriam estar disponíveis normalmente aos hóspedes. De modo geral, o que foi oferecido ficou muito abaixo do que se espera pelo preço cobrado. A impressão é de que existe uma grande diferença entre aquilo que o hotel apresenta nas fotos e na divulgação e aquilo que realmente entrega ao hóspede. Infelizmente, foi uma experiência muito ruim e não correspondeu às minhas expectativas.
