It was nice and clean.
Ordered flowers to be in the room on arrival, flowers were not in the room. Had to go down and talk to staff about the flowers finally was sorted but the surprise was ruined. Woke up to a fire alarm going off, staff never explained what happened was let back in the hotel with no communication about fire. Very poor communication

They went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday a weekend to remember, they even left cake in our room for her. The staff were amazing, the location was fantastic and the facilities were brilliant. We will staycation here again.
