The views from our bedroom window of the jungfrau mountain were spectacular. The staff were very friendly and the lobby bar was good.
The hotel was quite worn out. The room was very basic and the floor was dirty. There was a kettle but no mugs. The hotel was clearly very grand in its day and has some wonderful period features, but carpets on stairs were worn and decor was tired and lighting was gloomy
