“Pulizia e igiene decisamente da migliorare.”
Per correttezza segnalo come aspetto positivo il parcheggio convenzionato al costo di 5 € al giorno, situato a circa 7 minuti a piedi dall’hotel, soluzione comoda soprattutto per chi soggiorna con l’auto.
Il problema principale è stata sicuramente la pulizia, che abbiamo trovato molto insufficiente. Su Booking è indicato chiaramente il servizio di “Daily housekeeping”, quindi pulizia giornaliera della camera, ma durante il nostro soggiorno la qualità della pulizia è stata decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative. In una giornata, inoltre, la nostra stanza non è stata proprio pulita. Quando lo abbiamo fatto presente alla struttura erano ormai circa le 18:00 e ci è stato risposto che avremmo dovuto segnalarlo prima. Comprendiamo che a quell’ora non fosse più possibile far intervenire il personale delle pulizie, ma noi eravamo appena rientrati dal mare e solo in quel momento abbiamo potuto constatare che la stanza non era stata fatta. Non credo inoltre che debba essere compito dell’ospite controllare durante la giornata che un servizio indicato come giornaliero venga effettivamente svolto. Le condizioni igieniche sono state particolarmente deludenti anche perché abbiamo trovato un verme all’interno della camera, come è possibile vedere dalle foto. Anche la gestione degli asciugamani è stata problematica. Avevamo due stanze e già al nostro arrivo una aveva gli asciugamani mentre nell’altra non ce n’erano affatto. Inoltre, alcuni degli asciugamani ricevuti inizialmente erano sporchi. Siamo arrivati mercoledì e il sabato gli asciugamani non erano ancora stati sostituiti, quindi abbiamo dovuto richiederli personalmente. In quell’occasione ci sono stati consegnati soltanto gli asciugamani grandi da doccia, senza quelli più piccoli per le mani. Successivamente sono stati effettivamente cambiati due volte, la domenica e il martedì. Rimane però il fatto che su Booking gli asciugamani risultavano tra i servizi inclusi senza che fosse indicata chiaramente una politica di cambio limitata a determinati giorni della settimana.

Very Nice accomodation. Although close to the strip it was not noisy esspecially if you close the window. The staff was also very pleasant!
I would not go with family because the hotel is close to the strip a lot of party people stay here.
