Nothing the hotel can do - 2 major roads have been built since the hotel opened. As a result, the location is now very noisy with traffic.

The room I was allocated was generally an okay room but the shower glass had a leak! The water was going to the floor during a shower. The floor towel outside the bathtub had someone’s hair so it seems the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The pillows were horrible. Not soft and comfy. I woke up in the morning tired and disoriented. Given a choice, I would not really stay with you’ll again.
