Місцезнаходження для моєї поїздки зручне, безоплатне паркування на території готоля
Номери дуже старі, меблі обдерті, запах табаку з кондиціонера в номері для не курців, санвузол жахливий - сантехніка стара, крани не блищать, якісь подерті, унітаз із запахом. У душовій кабіні пліснява та водяний осад жовтого кольору. Рушники дуже старі, сірі за кольором та нитками по краю. Ковдра зимова, влітку, подушка тверда. Сніданок дуже обмежений за вибором блюд, деякі продукти дуже низької якості.

La comunicació a través del xat ha estat fluïda i han contestat els meus dubtes ràpidament, amb la informació adequada. L'hotel està molt a prop de l'estació de bus de Bursa, així que és molt bona opció allotjar-t'hi si arribes molt de nit procedent de l'aeroport d'Estambul.
La major part del personal no parla anglés, cosa que dificulta les gestions i pot provocar malentesos. No van informar ni Booking ni l'hotel de la taxa turística que cal pagar quan fas el check-out. A part, el personal de recepció ha cobrat el doble de la taxa i hem hagut de tornar enrere perquè ens aclariren com era que ens havien cobrat tants diners. Amb l'ajuda d'un membre de la plantilla hem pogut aclarir que s'havien equivocat i finalment ens han retornat els diners cobrats de més.
