“Not a Shangri-La by a mile…”
That I will never ever have to stay at it again.
Everything. Terrible location, staff barely spoke English, bellboys were slow, noise cancelling non existent (we could hear some old people karaoke from 9am till 7pm every single day), smelled very mouldy, the whole hotel design was extremely dated and in need of a renovation. There are far superior options in the city.
